Performance and withdrawal
After payment approval, the eSIM profile and setup details are delivered electronically by QR code and/or email. Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of Türkiye's Distance Contracts Regulation, the buyer gives express approval before performance begins for the withdrawal exception applicable to a service performed instantly in electronic form. The approval record is retained with the order.
Complaints may be sent to the seller. Consumers may apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee within the monetary limits in force on the dispute date, or to the competent Consumer Court.
