Identity, contact, order, payment transaction, device and connection records may be processed to manage accounts and orders, deliver eSIMs, provide support, maintain security, meet legal duties and handle disputes.
Processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right, or legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights (Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698). Separate consent is obtained where required.
Data may be shared as necessary with payment providers (Stripe), eSIM/telco providers, hosting and error-monitoring services (Sentry), competent authorities and professional advisers.
Where data is transferred abroad, the current conditions and safeguards under Article 9 of Law No. 6698 must be met. Provider locations and transfer mechanisms require verification.
Data is retained as required for orders, accounting, consumer law and limitation periods, then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
You may exercise the rights in Article 11 of Law No. 6698 by writing to info@talkesim.com. Requests are handled under the procedures and periods set by applicable law. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
