Supported devices

Note: iPhones sold in mainland China have no eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau only the iPhone 13 mini, 12 mini, SE (2020) and XS have it. For iPad, only Wi-Fi + Cellular models are supported.

Note: Not eSIM-capable: all S20 FE and S21 FE models, US versions of the S20, S21 and Z Flip 5G, and US and Hong Kong versions of the Note 20 Ultra and Z Fold2. Most phones bought in South Korea have no eSIM, except the Z Flip4 and Z Fold4. S21 series in the US and Canada may need the One UI 4 update.

Note: Pixel 3 models bought in Australia, Taiwan or Japan, or from US and Canadian carriers other than Sprint and Google Fi, have no eSIM. Pixel 3a bought in Southeast Asia or with Verizon has none either. Pixel 2 only works if bought with Google Fi.

Note: eSIM support depends on the carrier and coverage. Dual SIM is not supported in Australia (Telstra, Optus) and Japan (KDDI).

Note: Vivo V29 Lite 5G supports eSIM in Europe only.
